Day 1

Cochin to Kochi

Arrive at Cochin International Airport where you will be met and greeted by the representative and transferred to the hotel in Kochi. Proceed for Cochin sightseeing visiting the old port town of Cochin including Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry Palace, St Francis Church, Jews street and the Chinese fishing nets at Fort Cochin beach. Evening and overnight stay at Kochi hotel.

Day 2

Kochi to Munnar

Transfer from Kochi Airport Railway Station or Bus Stand to Munnar, a scenic hill station in Kerala. En route enjoy a drive through lush green landscapes and visit famous waterfalls including Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls where you can take in breathtaking views and photographs. Continue to Munnar and check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Munnar

Full day sightseeing in Munnar visiting scenic spots and attractions. Enjoy boating at Kundala Lake and serene views, visit Echo Point known for its natural echo phenomenon, proceed to Mattupetty Dam which is a popular picnic spot with a beautiful lake, stroll in Blossom Park and explore a tea estate and coffee plantation to learn about tea making and sample local brews. Day 4

Munnar to Thekkady

Check out from your hotel in Munnar and drive to Thekkady, a renowned wildlife destination. Upon arrival check in and freshen up. In the afternoon visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake and explore spice plantations to learn about cultivation of spices such as cardamom pepper and vanilla. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5

Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat

After breakfast check out from Thekkady hotel and drive to Alleppey known for its enchanting backwaters and houseboats. On arrival check in to your houseboat and begin cruising through serene backwaters enjoying palm fringed canals paddy fields and small village scenery. Meals on board include traditional Kerala lunch evening tea snacks and other meals as provided. Overnight stay on houseboat.

Day 6

Alleppey to Varkala

After breakfast check out from the houseboat or hotel and drive approximately 2 hours to Varkala, known for Papanasham beach which is considered holy due to proximity to Janardhana Swamy Temple and Sivagiri Mutt established by Sree Narayana Guru. Optionally visit Ayurvedic resorts and spas around the beach and include sightseeing of Kappil Beach for a reviving experience. Overnight stay at hotel in Varkala.

Day 7

Varkala to Kovalam

After breakfast depart for Kovalam beach known for its peaceful atmosphere and four beaches. Visit the lighthouse area set amid mountains and coconut trees and enjoy local seafood delicacies. Spend time on the beach and overnight stay at hotel in Kovalam.

Day 8

Kovalam to Kanyakumari

Enjoy sunrise on the beach then after breakfast check out and transfer to Kanyakumari with an enroute visit to Padmanabhapuram the capital of Travancore built in the Travancore architectural style. Arrive in Kanyakumari check in to hotel and in the afternoon proceed for Kanyakumari sightseeing including Vivekananda Rock memorial built at the convergence of Indian Ocean Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal. Experience both sunrise and sunset from the tip of India. Overnight stay at hotel in Kanyakumari.

Day 9

Kanyakumari to Trivandrum

After breakfast depart for Trivandrum an ancient city with traditions dating back to 1000 BC. Proceed for Trivandrum sightseeing which includes Napier Museum Shri Chithira Art Gallery Trivandrum Zoo Kuthiramalika Palace and Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Return to hotel after sightseeing and rest of the day free for beach activities. Overnight stay in Kovalam Trivandrum area as per itinerary.

Day 10

Trivandrum Departure

After breakfast transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for departure. Tour ends and return home with sweet memories.
